项目介绍：
This course looks at educational systems in different parts of the world. It examines key policies and reforms, and a range of key factors that enable or constrain learning. It applies a systems model to diagnose the way in which systems work. It draws on various theories in the social sciences to explain educational and policy processes, and relies on much current research to examine what works to make education systems more effective, and what does not. The course will use as its starting point a model for the comparative analysis of education systems. Four ‘ecological’ dimensions are discussed over 4 lectures. These are The Macrosystem,
The Exo-system, The Meso-system and The Microsystem.
本课程着眼于世界不同地区的教育体系。学生将主要研究地方性的关键教育政策和教育改革，从而探索决定受教育人群是否能得到有效教育的的一系列关键因素。项目中，学生将运用系统化模型来评测具体教育系统的工作方式。同时，导师也会带领学生通过利用社会科学中的各种理论来解释教育模式和相关政策实施过程，并通过当前的研究成果来检验各类优化现代教育系统的方式是否有效。本项目将从教育系统的比较分析模式为出发点。讨论四个“教育生态”维度: 宏观系统，外系统，中系统（教育过程）和微观系统。在项目结束时学生选择自己感兴趣话题的展开探究，提交报告，进行成果展示。
