Transcript: Official transcripts are not required by the Graduate School at the time of application, but are required from all students who accept an offer of admission to the university. The Graduate School accepts electronic transcripts sent directly by the school as official transcripts. These documents can be sent to grad.info@uc.edu. Personal Statement: Statement of Purpose/cover letter, including a statement of interest in some broad area of mathematics Recommendation Letter: Name and email addresses of three professors who have agreed to write letters of recommendation. The application system will automatically generate an email to each of them, asking them to forward their letters of recommendation.
