加拿大安大略省硕士移民计划

安大略移民提名计划（Immigrant Nominee Program）的人力资本（Human CapitalOntario）是帮助当地雇主满足其对人力资源需求，使他们能够招聘外国工人和国际学生。人力资本计划包括一下几种情况：Masters Graduates Stream 硕士学位，PhD Graduates Stream 博士毕业生，Ontario's Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream 安大略快速入境人力资本优先，Ontario's Express Entry French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream 安大略快速入境法语技术工人，Ontario's Express Entry Skilled Trades Stream 安大略快速入境技术交易。今天老师详细介绍安省硕士的移民要求。

申请资格

To be eligible to apply for the Masters Graduate Stream, you must meet the following criteria:

1、Education: Completed the requirements necessary to obtain a Master's degree that is at least one academic year in length if pursued on a full-time basis, and from an eligible Ontario institution.教育:完成了获得硕士学位所需的必要条件，如果全日制学习，至少需要一个学年的硕士学位，并从安大略机构获得

2、Language: A minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB)

Level 7 (or above) in English, orLevel 7 (or above) in French

3、Residency in Ontario: Demonstrate you have resided in Ontario for at least one year in the last two years before the application submission date.在安大略省的居住权: 证明你在申请提交日期之前的最后两年至少在安大略省居住了一年

4、Settlement Funds: A minimum level of savings or income to support you and your family members.定居基金: 支持你和你的家庭成员的最低储蓄或收入水平

6、Residency at Time of Application: Must be residing in Ontario with legal status (i.e., study permit, work permit, visitor record) OR residing outside of Canada. Students with a return obligation 有回报义务的学生

If you are an international student and you have received subsidies, grants or home country scholarships and have return obligations (e.g. you must return to your home country or another jurisdiction outside of Ontario once you complete your studies), you cannot apply for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program unless such obligations have been fulfilled.如果你是一名国际学生，而且你已经获得补贴、补助金或本国奖学金，并且有返回义务(例如，一旦你完成了学业，就必须返回本国或安大略以外的其他司法管辖区) ，你不能申请安大略移民提名方案，除非这些义务已经得到履行。
