介绍
麻省理工学院房地产项目,Master of Science in Real Estate Development(MSRED),开设在MIT的房地产研究中心,MIT Center for Real Estate, 是个full-time且on-campus 的项目。
大部分的院校将这个项目的学习时间设置为2年,在正式学习房地产相关课程之前会先学习一些普通的商业课程。但是MIT 不一样,它的MSRED是一年期项目,分Fall, Spring 和Summer 三个学期,课程也只涉及房地长和其相关方面。不过如果你在夏季学期有实习或者别的一些机会,那么你可以将项目从11个月延长到16个月, 并把毕业论文放到之后的秋季学期去完成。项目的授课老师除了在该领域活动的教师和专业人士以外,来自该行业的客座讲师提供额外的视角。
课程解析
为了让学生们对房地产的各个方面有一个全面的了解,课程通常将讲课与案例分析和作业结合起来,模拟在工作场所遇到的情况。所以学生们有机会学习到真实的房地长公司的真实项目,可谓是把理论和实践做了完美的融合。该项目一共有7门核心课程,10门选修课。具体的课程如下:
