　　The table below showshow you gain and lose acceleration credit. In the left column are the criteriafor granting acceleration credit based on AP scores. In the middle column arethe courses whose successful completion—in freshman year with a grade of B,B+, A–, or A—yields acceleration credit. In the right column are coursesresulting in the forfeit of acceleration credit.

　　Two is the maximumnumber of acceleration credits that can be earned in any subject.

　　In general,acceleration credit in a subject is forfeited by completing any course (otherthan a laboratory) with a lower number than the lowest-numbered course earningacceleration credit in the subject. Courses in this table were offered in2014–2015 or are expected to be offered in 2015–2016. Except where noted, oneacceleration credit is forfeited for each course credit earned in courseslisted in the third column.
